Avocado & Chicken Sandwich
- 1 Irvine’s Chicken Breast, cut in half and flattened with a rolling pin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 1⁄2 tomato, sliced
- 1⁄2 red onion, sliced
- 1⁄2 avocado, sliced
- 1 sandwich roll, sliced in half
- Heat your braai or frying pan to medium heat.
- Season the Irvine’s chicken and grill until cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Assemble the sandwich starting with lettuce, tomato, chicken, onion and avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
